Alaska seafood products are always welcomed by Shanghai consumers with their natural and healthy features. In order to bring more Shanghai consumers this natural and healthy delicacy, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute cooperated with Shanghai’s Zhong You International Hotel and the Shanghai Fisher Man’s Wharf Restaurant to launch an Alaska Seafood Summer Festival during October, 2006.

During the festival, delicious dishes made with Alaska salmon, king crab, snow crab, black cod and halibut were prepared. ASMI developed a special menu and flyers for the promotion. Also, advertising was placed in conjunction with the promotion. The delicacies, like the breeze from Alaska, gave Shanghai consumers a fresh feeling and memories of great taste.
