This was the second time ASMI joined hands with Shanghai’s Hengshan Hotel to offer an outstanding promotional event for Alaska seafood. King salmon, king crab, snow crab and black cod were highlighted by developing a special menu for the promotional event. This promotion was yet another opportunity for consumers to become aware of, and taste, a variety of Alaska seafood.
