In December 2005, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, together with Jian Guo Hotel in Shanghai, launched an Alaska Seafood Festival. ASMI prepared title cards, KT boards, bunting and signs for the venue’s decoration. The effect was that visitors felt like they were really at the Alaskan coast. Dishes made with pure wild salmon, snow crab and halibut were excellent. The Alaskan delicacies and environment enabled guests to further understand the unique flavor of Alaska Seafood.
