In January 2006, ASMI joined hands with Butterfly Love Flower Restaurant (4 outlets) to launch an “Alaska Seafood Festival”. Table mats and large posters were produced for the activity and the venues were decorated with other POS materials like buntings and posters; all of which created an atmosphere of the Alaska coast.? Advertising for the activity was placed in the newspaper “Zhu Hai Daily”. The dishes made of wild salmon, snow crab, black cod and halibut were a hit with all guests.
