The annual “American Food Festival” took place at New Yaohan and Jusco outlets in Macao and Hong Kong during July 2005. Wild Alaska salmon, king crab and snow crab were highlighted during the activity. Cooking demonstrations were given and ASMI POS materials were distributed. Alaska seafood sales increased compared to the previous year’s promotion.
