Alaska Crab Dressed With Starchy Sauce and Chopped Garlic

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska Snow Crab claw 5 claws
Chopped garlic and green onion some
Butter some ,Starchy Sauce(mix water with starch until sauce like)
Water 100ml,Salt 2g,Sugar 5g
Pepper powder and starch some

Directions

• Thaw the crab claws.  Mince the garlic and green onion.
• Heat oil and dry the crab claws. Put them into hot oil and fry for 3 minutes.
• Take crab claws out, leave 2 tb of oil and fry the minced garlic. Then add butter and fry until it gives off an aroma.  Finally, fry the claws again together with the starchy sauce and minced garlic.
• Scatter the minced green onion over the dish before eating.

 
 

Egg Creamed Alaska Salmon

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska Salmon 800g ,Salt and sugar some
Green pepper one ,Egg yolk two
Starch, Green onion, Ginger and Chinese Wine some

Directions:

• Remove fish bones and slice into thin pieces about 0.5 cm thick.  Then marinate them with a mixture of the green onion, ginger, wine and salt.  Slice green pepper and put them in hot water briefly.
• Batter the pieces of fish with a mixture of yolk and starch.
• Deep-fry the fish until golden brown.  Remove and serve them with the green pepper.

 
 

Alaska Crab Meat With Broccoli

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska King Crab 3legs .Cauliflower 400g
Mashed ginger two-third spoon ,Salt and Chinese wine some ,Sugar 10g ,Starch sauce 2 spoons

Directions:

• Thaw the king crab and pick the meat out.
• Clean broccoli and divide into small chunks.  Then pour oil into pan, fry the broccoli and add a little wine, some salt and a little sugar. Set them on a plate.
• Add two spoons of oil to the pan and heat.  Next add the crab meat. Add some wine, salt, sugar, ginger and water then starch. Finally, pour over the fried broccoli.

 
 

Ketchup Alaska Black in Tomato Sauce

Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska Black Cod 200g ,Tomato 150g,Egg white one ,Soup 100g,Chinese wine 20g,Salt 10g,Starch 25g, Minced green onion 5g, Oil 500g

Directions:

• Thaw and slice black cod.  Place the pieces in a marinade of Chinese wine and salt. Later remove pieces and cover with egg white and starch batter.
• Peel the fresh tomato then slice the tomato into chunks the same size as the fish. Heat oil on a little less than medium-high heat then add battered fish.  Remove fish chunks when crisp on the outside and still tender on the inside.
• With a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the minced green onion. Then add the tomato Chinese wine, salt, some light soup broth and starch.  Then add fish chunks and stir fry. Finally set them on the plate and serve hot.
