Stewed Alaska Snow Crab With Chestnuts |
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients: |
Alaska snow crab claws 500g ,Chestnuts 100g, Celery 100g ,Chinese wine 25g ,Salt some, Sugar 30g ,Oil 100g ,Sesame oil 25g,Aniseed 2g,Scallion 75g |
| Directions: |
1. Place the chestnuts in boiling water for a short time then peel the shells off. Clean and cut celery into sections. Thaw the claws and put them aside.
2. Heat the oil and then put the aniseed, scallion, sliced ginger into pan. Stir-fry them until their aromas hit your nose. Add the claws to the pan and stir-fry. Then add chestnuts, salt, sugar, and water (enough to immerse the ingredients), and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat.
• Add the celery when the soup begins to thicken. Finally add a little sesame oil. |

Sautéed Alaska Salmon With Chinese Cabbage |
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients: |
Alaska Salmon 250g
Chinese cabbage 300g
Ginger 1g
Salt, Sesame oil some
Starchy sauce (water and starch mixed together) 10g |

| Directions: |
1. Thaw salmon, remove fishbone and fillet salmon. Rub oil and salt (to your taste) over the fish and let sit for a shot time.
2. Clean, peel and slice the ginger. Pre-heat oil in pan then put in the ginger and Chinese cabbage. Stir-fry it with a little water, salt and sesame oil and thicken it with starchy sauce. Finally, put the salmon fillet in and stir-fry all ingredients together. |

Sautéed Alaska Cod With Green Peas |
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes |
| Ingredients: |
Alaska Cod 200g ,Green peas 300g,Ginger 1.5g ,Mashed garlic 0.5g,Green onion 3g,Salt 5g ,Starch 10g,Chinese wine 6g

| Directions: |
• Boil the peas briefly and dry them.
• Cut the thawed Alaska cod into strips. Clean, peel and slice the ginger it into shreds
• Put the green onion into a pre-heated pan, then put the cod shreds in and stir-fry them with Chinese wine and salt.
• Put the ginger and cod shreds in another heated pan and stir-fry them together with the cooked peas and a little more wine. Finally, thicken the sauce with starch. |

Butter Roasted Alaska Dungeness Crab |
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: time 20 minutes |
Ingredients: |
Alaska Dungeness crab 1 piece ,Almond 10 pieces ,Red chili peppers 3 pieces ,Salt 5g , Sugar 5g,Chinese wine 30g ,Butter 100g,Scallion 50g |
| Directions: |
1. Briefly boil the almonds. Mince the scallion and ginger, and cut red chili into rings
2. Cut the Dungeness crab into pieces and mix with scallion, ginger, wine, salt, sugar and small red chilies. Then smear butter and scatter the almond over the crab. Then wrap the crab in aluminum foil.
3. Put the wrapped crab in a pre-heated pan, cover and “roast” it for about 10 minutes. |
