Roasted Alaska Salmon with Onion

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska Salmon 250g , Sugar, Salt and pepper some ,Onion one piece ,Oil 100ml,Chinese wine 80ml

Directions:

• Slice onion into rings and cut salmon into cubes after thawing.
• Spread sugar, salt and pepper evenly over the salmon next put in a container, add some wine and marinate for 30 min.
• Cover the salmon in oil and put the onion rings on top . Then roast it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes until it’s golden in color.

 
 

Spiced Alaska Cod Fingers

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska Black Cod 300g ,Egg white 25g ,Rice flour 10g ,Chinese wine 20g,White pepper 1g , Scallion 10g , Starch 15g, Spice Sal 15t ,pepper and salt 10g

Directions:

• Slice black cod into long finger like pieces after it’s thawed and put it into a bowl.  Add Chinese wine, white pepper, green onion and salt.  Mix it until it gets sticky.  Then mix in some egg white and starch.
• With the remaining egg white beat until foamy then add starch and rice flour stirring them into a batter.
• Pre heat the pan and cover cod shreds with the batter.  Heat oil at a little less then medium-high (88 Celsius degrees). Then deep-fry the cod fingers until golden brown.
• Having deep fried the cod fingers, put them into a well oiled wok or sauté pan and fry for another minute. Then take them out and set on a plate. Sprinkle the fish with the pepper and salt.  Serve piping hot.

 
 

Spicy Alaska King Crab

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska King Crab 3 legs, hot sauce 50g, Chili oil 200g ,Onion 50g, Garlic 50g, Diced bamboo 100g , Cooked peanuts 50g, Coriander 25g

Directions:

• Thaw the crab legs and cut into small pieces. Wash and cut coriander.
• Warm a pan and heat the oil over medium-high heat. Put crab into the pan and fry for a short while. Then take them out.
• Add chili oil, hot sauce, onion, garlic, diced bamboo and peanuts. Fry them till you can smell their fragrance. Then put crabs into the pan and add a little soup broth. Set them on the plate with coriander sprinkled over top.

 
 

Pepper Alaska Crab with Onion.

Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Alaska King crab 3 pieces ,Garlic 40g ,Ginger some,Onion 100g ,Black Pepper some ,Spice Sauce some ,Salt and Oil some

Directions:

• Cut crab into cube like pieces after thawed.
• Chop up the garlic and ginger. Cut the onion and grind some black pepper.
• Heat oil then add garlic, ginger, onion, pepper and hot sauce.  Then put in the crab and a little salt and fry them.
• Add a little water, cover and simmer at low heat.  Cook off excess water at high heat.
